ADS Laser Cutting

ADS Laser Cutting operates at a scale that goes well beyond profile cutting. Its Leicester site includes large-format laser capacity, six press brakes with folding capacity up to six metres and 640 tonnes, around 24 welding bays and finishing capability including wet paint, graining, blasting and powder coating. The combination allows substantial sheet and plate fabrications to remain within one production system from cutting through welded and coated assembly. ADS also holds EN 1090 execution-class certification for structural work. Its published manufacturing capability also lists Laser Cutting and Press Brake Bending, adding further detail to the processes available from the Leicester operation.
