Allsops has manufactured sheet-metal products since 1959 and now operates from an approximately 84,000-square-foot facility. The company covers design support, punching, fibre-laser cutting, folding, welding, fabrication, powder coating and assembly, with automation used extensively across production. Robotic welding, automated folding and lights-out cutting help support repeatability and throughput on production work. Because finishing and assembly sit alongside the core sheet-metal processes, Allsops can deliver completed sub-assemblies rather than stopping at the fabricated shell.
