Batchflow Engineering

Batchflow Engineering is organised around efficient production of turned components. Its Warwick plant includes fixed-head Doosan lathes, twin-spindle and driven-tool machines plus Citizen and Star sliding-head capacity, with bar work up to around 65 mm and chucking capacity to roughly 250 mm. CNC milling supports prototype and secondary work. The mix lets Batchflow cover small intricate connectors through to larger turned components, while 24-hour production capacity is aimed at repeat-volume programmes. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Swiss Machining, adding further detail to the processes available from the Warwick operation.
