BEL Engineering

BEL Engineering's Newcastle operation is built for the extreme ends of precision machining. Its 115,000 sq ft facility handles components from around 3 mm diameter to finished parts weighing as much as 50 tonnes, with small through extra-large machining and grinding cells, ten overhead cranes and significant monthly machining capacity. A second Cramlington site adds large floor-boring capability. BEL works in civil nuclear, defence, aerospace, marine and oil and gas, where security, inspection and large-component handling are central requirements.
