Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications

Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications manufactures complex aerospace metal components from its Castle Donington facility. Its in-house plant combines 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, flat-bed and multi-axis laser cutting, forming, welding and inspection. The company works with demanding materials including titanium, stainless steels and nickel-based superalloys, and uses machining both for standalone components and precision-machined fabrications. More than 100 people operate from the 40,000 sq ft UK site, giving buyers access to a relatively broad set of machining and sheet-metal processes within one manufacturing business.
