Ferrositi

Ferrositi, the trading brand of NCF Engineering, combines high-end 5-axis machining with unusually large component capacity. Its Cheltenham facility publishes work on parts up to about five tonnes and three metres, supported by Mazak Variaxis and VTC equipment, turn-mill capability, wire EDM and fabrication. Turning work ranges from small diameters to pieces several metres long, while the business has also demonstrated repeat runs in the thousands. The combination suits automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, defence and oil-and-gas projects that need both complex geometry and heavier engineering capacity.
