JCF Engineering

JCF Engineering operates from Scunthorpe, providing precision CNC machined components. The machine shop provides CNC turning and milling, including 9-axis sliding-head capacity and 4-axis prismatic machining for complex subcontract parts. The current legal entity was incorporated in 2008 and operates from Sunningdale Road in Scunthorpe. Its equipment is suited to both turned components and prismatic work where several operations can be combined to reduce handling and setups. JCF Engineering states ISO 9001 certification. The company handles manufacturing enquiries through its own UK operation, with its published plant and process capability forming the basis of the work it undertakes.
