Kerbos manufactures high-precision parts and mechanical assemblies for high-technology applications from Son. Its work spans single prototypes, small and medium production series, and complex specials made to customer specifications in steel, aluminium and plastic. CNC turning and milling are supported by robot loading for repeat work, while early involvement in New Product Introduction projects allows manufacturability to be considered before production is fixed. Kerbos can assemble, package and seal complex mechanical products in a cleanroom when cleanliness is critical. The business operates within the Van Doorne Machining Group and uses an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
