Metaltech Precision

Metaltech Precision combines a sizeable CNC machining operation with fabrication and assembly at its Chard Junction site. The machining plant includes multi-axis milling, turning, sliding-head production, grinding and automated loading, with milling envelopes extending to large components and a fleet designed for repeat subcontract work. Fabrication, shot blasting, paint and assembly sit alongside machining, while AS9100 certification supports aerospace-grade quality requirements. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Multi-axis Machining (3-axis, 5-axis), adding further detail to the processes available from the Chard operation.
