Metool Products runs a purpose-built sheet-metal operation of roughly 35,000 square feet, bringing most stages of component manufacture together in one facility. Its equipment covers fibre-laser cutting, CNC punching, tube bending, CNC machining, presswork, toolmaking, welding and powder coating. Laser and punch equipment can run unattended for extended periods, supporting repeat production as well as shorter jobs. The result is a practical route from flat sheet or tube through forming, joining and final finish without moving work between multiple suppliers.
