Neville Precision Engineering

Neville Precision Engineering is unusually specialised around aluminium profile machining rather than general-purpose jobbing work. The Pinxton facility operates a bank of CNC centres dedicated to extrusion and profile work, including 4- and 5-axis long-length machining, alongside mitre sawing, section bending and aluminium MIG/TIG welding. CAD/CAM and FARO measurement support the process, while anodising and powder coating can be incorporated into the supply of more complete fabricated or assembled aluminium products. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, and Multi-axis Machining (3-axis, 5-axis), adding further detail to the processes available from the Pinxton operation.
