Oyster-CNC

Oyster-CNC has assembled a notably diverse precision plant in Hayes. Its equipment includes a Willemin Macodel 508MT2 high-speed mill-turn platform, a Doosan DVF5000 5-axis machining centre, Mazak turn-mill capacity and a Citizen R04-VI sliding-head machine for very small turned parts. Inspection is supported by Autoscan 3D measurement and a Keyence digital microscope. This gives the company coverage from fine micro components through to complex multi-axis parts, with programming and prototyping available alongside production machining. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Multi-axis Machining (3-axis, 5-axis), adding further detail to the processes available from the Hayes operation.
