QM Fabrications

QM Fabrications is set up for scale. Its Stourbridge manufacturing site is reported at around 110,000 square feet and combines CNC laser cutting, punching, bending, welding and powder coating in one production flow. The company has invested in lights-out punching and bending, robotic welding and an automated powder-coating line, shifting the emphasis from jobbing fabrication toward repeatable, higher-throughput manufacture. For buyers with ongoing fabricated-part demand, the attraction is the amount of processing that can remain inside one facility rather than being moved between separate cutting, forming, welding and coating suppliers.
