QRMS combines CNC component manufacture with mechanical assembly at its Neer operation. Its machine park includes long-turning, multi-axis turning and three- and five-axis milling equipment, supported by bar feeders, gantry loaders and cobot automation. The company machines steel, stainless steel, aluminium and engineering plastics, and can take responsibility for individual parts or build them into mechanical modules. Fanuc-controlled equipment and CAD/CAM programming support varied project work, while the mix of turning, milling and assembly gives buyers a route from drawing-defined components to a completed subassembly without splitting the work across separate suppliers.
