RDL Technologies is a Leicester-based manufacturer focused on precision turned and milled components. RDL provides CNC sliding-head machining, turning, milling and multi-axis production, supported by assembly and selected finishing services. Published materials include stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass, engineering plastics, alloy steels and titanium. The current company was incorporated in 2003 and manufactures from Storey Street in Leicester. Its production capability covers bar-fed turned components as well as milled features and more complex multi-operation parts. RDL states ISO 9001 approval. The business supports subcontract manufacturing enquiries directly from its UK operation, with production centred on the equipment and processes maintained at the site.
