Ritchie Precision Engineering is a subcontract manufacturer of complex machined parts with a strong emphasis on process engineering and inspection. CNC programmes are developed using GibbsCAM and verified with VERICUT, while CMM inspection is used to control tight dimensional requirements. Beyond machining, the company operates a dedicated HEPA-filtered cleaning, assembly and packing facility for components that need controlled post-machining handling. Its engineering team also designs fixtures and supports manufacturability around difficult customer-specified parts.
