SLS Precision Engineers

SLS Precision Engineers is structured as a toolroom as much as a subcontract machine shop. Its Mansfield facility handles injection mould tools, press tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges using milling, turning, grinding, wire EDM and solid-sink EDM. The same process mix supports repair and breakdown work, allowing damaged or worn tooling to be stripped back, reworked and returned to service. That makes SLS particularly relevant where component manufacture is tied closely to tooling, maintenance or production-support engineering. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and Surface Grinding, adding further detail to the processes available from the Mansfield operation.
