Smart-M has produced custom machined semi-finished products in Kaatsheuvel since 1966. Its CNC turning range runs from 1 mm to 750 mm in diameter and reaches lengths of up to three metres, covering metal, aluminium, stainless steel and plastic work. Advanced milling equipment operates with 24/7 robot control across ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Inspection is carried out in a climate-controlled measuring room with a 3D measuring machine capable of checks to two microns. The company also works to ISO 9001 and recycles residual production material, combining broad machining capacity with tightly controlled dimensional verification.
