Sub-CNC Precision is built around high-volume turned-component manufacture, with Citizen sliding-head machines covering bar diameters from roughly 1 to 38 mm alongside fixed-head CNC turning and cylindrical grinding. The Luton shop is suited to small, intricate parts where multiple operations need to be completed efficiently in one cycle. Its ISO 9001 quality system and JOSCAR registration support work for regulated supply chains as well as general precision engineering. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Turning, Swiss Machining, and Cylindrical Grinding, adding further detail to the processes available from the Luton operation.
