Tyler Bros pairs unusually long engineering heritage with a modern mix of machining, welding and assembly. Its Kirkby-in-Ashfield facility can mill work over metre-scale envelopes, turn substantial diameters with live tooling and fabricate in steel, stainless steel and aluminium in a dedicated welding area. Design support, assembly and coordinated finishing sit around those core processes, giving customers one route for jobs where large machined components and fabricated structures need to come together as a finished mechanical product. Its published manufacturing capability also lists CNC Machining, CNC Milling, and CNC Turning, adding further detail to the processes available from the Kirkby-in-Ashfield operation.
