Unicorn Sheet Metal Works has evolved from a welding and fabrication business founded in 1985 into a profiling-led manufacturer with both laser and waterjet capacity. The Wallsend company can quote from DXF files online, cut common steels, stainless, aluminium and stocked non-ferrous materials, and use waterjet where heat input or thicker sections make laser less suitable. Published examples include material up to around 50 mm and thicker aluminium waterjet work. Folding, bending, tube rolling and fabrication then turn the profiles into finished components and assemblies.
