Manthorpe Engineering

Manthorpe Engineering manufactures performance-critical machined components from its Codnor Gate site in Derbyshire. The company specialises in difficult aerospace alloys such as titanium, Inconel, Nimonic and Waspaloy, producing work from smaller prismatic parts through to large rings and casings. Its machining division uses CNC equipment with 5-axis multi-tasking capability, supported by CAD/CAM, inspection and high-integrity fabrication resources. Founded as an engineering business in 1978, Manthorpe has developed into a substantial UK manufacturing operation serving aerospace, energy, marine and other demanding sectors where complex geometry and tight dimensional control are central requirements.
