R L Morris Engineering is built around volume turned-component production. Its Basingstoke operation uses fixed-head and sliding-head CNC lathes alongside an extensive lights-out manufacturing setup, covering batches from around 50 parts through to runs of 500,000. The company states that it manufactures millions of components each year, with its sliding-head section alone capable of producing up to 45,000 parts per week. The service extends beyond machining to assembly and coordinated finishing for completed components.
